Bio Flashing problem

Hey, as u can see im new to this..i got the x3 chip and instaled it on my 1.6 box in 30 mins. the flash protection is off and the light is blue when i turned it on...now flas bios screen comes up v 3.0.1...so i read these atricles and downloaded the latest version of the "illagl bios" which is the X3_2913...and i burned it and loaded it up and it said: cdrom lable:new no bios upate found...halting!

im confused on what i did maybe i forgot somthin...what should i do
i drag all the files( when i extracted the rar file) into a folder and burned the files on a dvd disc....thanks fo n e help (also swiches are at on on off off off)

You only need the bios file for the 1.6's
ei.. x3_2913_v16. bin or something like that.
and about a 100 mb dummy file.

ok i got the bios up and loaded but i gotta figure out what to do next...sorry if i passed it up somwhere on the how to do...but i got the bios screen up but what is there to do next? i see the settins and all but now am lost =\
