bios-backup help I NEED EXPERTS!

Ok I messed up my 1mb bank by Load bios from hdd (c:\Bios)then flashing my xbox with the wrong kind of file C:\Bios\m8.bin and now it frags when I try to start up the bios menu for 1mb and my backup does not work when I turn it on I hit power and eject at the same time the icon turns purple and it just goes to a black screen and I cant eject so I tried to load The proper bios in the other banks and when I flash them the flash bar always gets stuck like at one quater of the way.
When I get to this screen->

can I switch the banks to 1mb and will it go over the wrong bios that I loaded earlier if thier is some thing wrong with the disk I am using to burn the bios with like if it wont read this type of disk im using DVD+R 4x.The kind of bios that I am trying to load into my xbox is x3 bios 3029 and dummy bin.If you can help me I would really like it thx.

if i was u i would just flash the chip via.. http work way better with less prob.....

if it got stuck the dip swich proboly wasnt set to the right bank.
also wat version xbox do u have

Boot to flash bios, then change the switches to your other 1mb bank (the one you messed up), then do your flash. As already mentioned, ftp or http flashing is much simpler and more reliable. If you are going flash from disk, try a CD-RW or DVD-R.
