Hey, I have a 1.6b and a X3CE and I am having a little trouble figuring out a few things. I recently put X3_3294 v16plus into the 1MB bank. I still have 3.03 on bank 2 but am trying to make sure I have the backup done properly. I downloaded 3.03 from irc and ftp'd it to the C drive. I then used X3 to program the backup rom.
I tried to test the backup, and the X logo lighted up red/blue but then changed to solid blue shortly after. The bios did load into 3.03 properly, but the light was blue instead of red/blue. Do i have the backup installed correctly?
