bios changes from 1MB bank to 2MB

First I want to apologyze for my level of English, because I´m from Spain.
I have a Xbox v1.4 with Xecuter3 installed(solded) and it worked perfectly. I flashed the 1MB banks(on on off off off)with 1959 bios and no problem. But yesterday, when I turned on my Xbox, it didn't start as always. The flashbios blue screen was there and I wondered"what the hell...?" Then I set the 2 MB banks (off off off off off) and it started correctly.
What happens? Must I upgrade my bios?

Reboot to banks "5678" (off on off off off ) and then reset your switch settings to "on on off off off" which is banks "1234" without turning your xbox off and then flash with x3_3294 bios.

I've do that and it seemed to be ok, but there is a problem. I know what happens. The first bank doesn´t work correctly, when I put it on 1-4 (on on off off off) and I see the dip bank selected in ConfigLive it says"dip bank select 5-8" and if I press it it changes to 1-4....There's something wrong with it, How can I repair it.? Now I have 1959 in 1-4 and 3294 in 5-8, i suppose flashbios gone out...
