Bios Flash problem? Flash by disc.

I'm new, but I went through the flashing tutorial. I made a disk with 3.0.3 bios and did the flash by disc. It did the blue bar, then green bar, and powered down my xbox. However, when I turn it back on it still reads FlashBIOS 3.0.0. Shouldn't it be 3.0.3? Thanks for your time.

Nevermind, I read for about thirty minutes and now I'm going to try #xbins.

Just a little update. #bins worked perfectly, flashed my bios and everything's great. Reading is a good thing, no?
