Bios flashing error

I tried Flashing my bios for the first time and I'm affraid I may have stuffed up big time it started flashing fine but we had a small black out and of course the xbox turned off during the flashing process.now when I turn on the xbox it has a go at turning on twice and on the third time I get no displayat all and I get a red and green flashing leds arouind the eject button the X symbol is blue.

no worries if you have X3. Press power and eject buttons at the same time until your x3 cp turns purple. That should bring up backup flashbios and you can reflash again.
