Bios foer Xecuter3 w/ v1.6 Xbox

I have my chip installed and i get the blue screen i have to flash my bios but i am banned from Mirc, i was wonderin if neone can tell me where i could obtain a bios that will work on this chip.

Have a look under tutorials and frequently asked questions section of this forum. There is a link to xbins autotool which is a utilitity to get you straight onto xbins. I haven't used it myself but I suspect you don't have to use mirc.
