I just flashed it with Evox M8 plus. So how would I be able to put in the disc and make it work or what banks would I have to switch to.

dont use the m8 use the x2 5035 bios the m8 plus is no good
if your x3 bios is on switch setting on on off off off
then change switch to on off on off off then flash x2 bios to chip then reboot with the cd in tray run app then turn off xbox change switch back to on on off off off the reboot you should have removed the password

do you know the password

Evox M8 should be ok - as long as it's not the X3 BIOS you'll be fine.

Just try booting your Xbox after flashing and it should go to the MS Dashboard. Pop your boot disk in and reboot. You should get a new dashboard up. Follow the directions on my previous post.

I flashed it with the X2 bios and put the boot disc in and everything was running fine, because it went past the animation and the xbox logo then said xecuter X2 config live. then the screen became all weird and said there was an error.

It says error 13 in the top left corner and half of the screen is gone. I used nero 7 to burn the disc so I probably burned it wrong.

I just tried bank 1 and the evox was in there but after the xbox logo the LED was flashing red and green with an error code of 16 and says that it requires service.

Ok - Not knowing your old HDD was toast, things are slightly different.

You're going to need the X2 5035 BIOS as DJBOOBY suggested as there's no way for you to reset the clock (and this BIOS bypasses it).

Also, I'm not sure if my boot disk works without the MS Dash installed..

So..

1. Flash with X2 5035
2. Boot an autoinstaller. Rebuilt the HDD.
3. Boot with my disk and choose the option to erase the X3 EEPROM.
4. Re-flash with X3 3294.

Hopefully this should solve it.

Do you mean put a auto installer on a disc and boot it and should I reflash my xbox with the X2 BIOS since it got an error the first time.

You could have a 100MBit connection and it wouldn't change your download speed. You're dependant on others to seed to you.
