BIOS getting corrupted

Hi,
I've flashed my X2.6 chip with X2.5032+FlashBiosv303 twice now. These are the symptoms:
1) Flash
2) Everything works well.
3) Leave running overnight and reboot
4) Dead.
5) Let cool off
6) Reboot
7) Dead
8) Flash (again)
9) reboot
10) Play gamess
11) Leave running overnight and reboot
12) Dead.
13) Let cool off
14) Reboot
15) Dead

Is it possible that a bad image file from a game could cause this to happen?

The BIOS protection feature through the switch set is always enabled when this happens.

Any ideas? I've verified that it's not a hard drive problem and the xBox worked with no issue prior to the mod. Rebuilding isn't diffucult, I just don't want to have to do this on a daily basis.

What do you mean by dead? Is it an actual overheating problem? Or is it the reboot that wipes the bios? Once you get the bios working, has it got full functionality? Like, you can reboot and turn on or off and it still works again?

When it IS dead, does it frag or is it completely dead? No led's working nothing?
