bios help please!

2 days ago i enabled the auto boot to dash on start up (or something like that)
and i am using M$ dash and i want to change my dash now but i cant connect to the xbox with my computer again, and i want it to boot to the bios again and i cant.

please help me.

I assume that you mean booting into X3CL. Hold the white button while the Xbox is starting up and it will go back into X3CL.
