bios help please

for some reason i cant flash the bios. ive tried to do it through the ftp but it says windows cannot access the folder.....reason timed out. when i try to connect through flash fxp it times out too. when i try with the cd it just says cd-rom lable:new. i used a cd-rw. i have x3 xobx ver 1.6. any help would be great

ok some more info please...r u updating an existing bios or is this a new install from Flashbios.


If its flashbios then u cannot ftp...use http from your browser (eg http:\\192.168.0.99)
