bios help please

i just installed an xecuter 3CE modchip into version 1.6 xbox
1. when i press power and eject at the same time i get the flashbios 3.0.1 screen, so i can then flash the bios banks.
2. when i long press the power button it boots to the the modded dashboard i had before the modchip went in.
3. when i quick press the power button with ethier of my 1mb bios banks selected, the xbox will boot and display the standerd intro animation but then it will go to a black screen and just sit there.

i have tried different bios and different dashboards but nothing has worked,
can anybody make a suggestions to how i can fix this problem?

so you dont see x3 config dash at all after you have flash the chip with x3 3294 v1.6 plus bios
have you set the dash boot option in x3 itself

and whitch folder your dash is installed

and when you flash the bios you have your switch set to ON ON OFF OFF OFF

i got it to work with the EvoxM8 1.6 plus bios but i never saw the screen u have printed,
the Evox M8_1.6_plus is the bios i have gotten to work,
also is there a limited number of time i can flash the bios?
which bios should i use so that the full 160gigs of my hard drive a recognized?

X3 3294 V1.0 TO V1.5 xboxs
X3 3294 V16 PLUS V1.6 1.6B xboxs
try flashing above bios to chip without bios switch hooked up to x3 chip it will flash 1mb bank by default
if you still having trouble check your soldering

will that bios support harddrive over 137 gigs?
and is there a limited number of flashes i have or can i flash it as many times as i want?

that is my only problem now
i got the chip to flash properly and it now boots to the proper dash.

yes it will it the only bios you should use as your main bios on x3 chip then you can flash other bios eg x2 5035 and m8 to chip on other banks as a secondy bios
you can flash as may time as you wish
flash x3 bios to bios bank switch setting ON ON OFF OFF OFF

is the x3 chip and the x3CE chip the same ?

YES AND NO
the only diff is the power supply for a v1.6 to the chip it use to be a pin were you plug it in now theres a plug
other then that there the same
