bios installed now wont start up video

I installed the bios via disk drive and after it completed it shut down and when i went to turn it back on it flashes on and off 3 times and then goes on but it doesnt display anything to the screen. but does when the chip is off.

Ok heres my question... Why isnt my chip working after i flashed it...

i have 1.6
x3 mod chip

problem is: I flashed the modchip it did its thing then shut off. When i went to turn it back on the system turned off, turned back on, turned off again, turned back on, then turned off again, and once more turned back on. I am getting no video or sound. Also the eject button is flashing red/green. (It turns on and off by itself)


when installing I screwed up my board and I sent it to get repaired. It came back all fixed with the mod chip on and it works good except now that after i flashed the chip it wont work.

I think it may have been a corrupted file cuz i swithced to bank 2 did it again and its working now.Xecuter rox my box
