bios not booting

Hi
I recently installed an xecuter 3 with cromwell 3.03 on my 1.6b xbox, I tried to flash it with x3 3294 v16 via dvd and it halted 3/4 way through so i powered on and off,
Now there is no way I can get the xbox to boot on blue and I have tried everthing(all dip switch combinations),

can I get a boot file for the bios and correct this and how do I do it

did you try power / eject at same time and you say you tryed 256k banks all 8
256k Bank
Bank 1: on on on on
Bank 2: off on on on
Bank 3: on off on on
Bank 4: off off on on
Bank 5: on on off on
Bank 6: off on off on
Bank 7: on off off on
Bank 8: off off off on

spot on my man I have checked the banks and it looks like I cannot read, what was putting me off was the flashbios versions
now I have X3 3294 and am wondering what dashboard to use
