I have a problem with my bios. I just got my CP and everything is installed well but i have a serious problem with my bios not remembering what i do to it. I tried turning the flash protect off if that does anything at all with setting changes and no matter what, enableing the LCD doesnt save. Might this be an error with the new bios or is it just something im doing wrong?

ive just installed the X3CP and set the LCD settings in the bios and it seemed to save ok. Are you pressing the "B" button to go backwards or just turning it off after making the changes. I don't know if this makes a difference but its the only thing I can think of that could cause your problem. Also does the LCD work untill you switch off or does it change as soon as you change screens in the bios?

I press b to go back (or y to save changes to a text edit) and the LCD only turns on in XBMC or when i enable it in the bios... which i have to do every time. I think this may have to do with the way things are saved to the E drive? can anyone confirm this or am i making up crap? Its really bugging me because id like it to work outside of XBMC
