bios not taking plz help

Yeah Im a noob with the xbox, I have been doing mods for ps2 for many years and now Im in the xbox world. Here goes, I follow all instructions to the letter and boot the cd I made following the instructions on team xcuters site. It seems all is perfect, it does all that the pics on there site says it should, when it powers off I figured its done. I turn it back on and i get the same screen like it did nothing at all, I tried both bios version on there site, I have searched for hours and have got nowhere.
I have noticed one difference, where there pic shows a 1024kb flash mine shows 256k

You didn't quite read everything then ... Flashbios 3.0.x was already on the X3 chip - all you did was reflash with the Flashbios.

On the top RHS of the home page is a reference to the X3 1959 BIOS.
Go to xbox-scene.com, search for xbins, and put 2+2 together ...

At least we know you know how to flash a bios chip

make sure you put dip switch 1 and 2 to on before you close the dvd drive on your external switch. welcome to xbox modding.
