Bios Not Working???? Help Needed

i have a xecuter 3 ce chip with solderless adapter and a version 1.6 box. the bios that i have is 3294 for the 1.6 only. when I insert my bios cd that i got off xbins and select load bios from disc it just say the label of my disc. thats all.(the disc is on a sony DVD-R, and has a bios.bin and dummy.bin files). whats going on. is there something wrong with my disc.

yea srry about that. Asked my friend to post for me while i went to town to get some dvd-r. He started a new post instead of posting a reply.
