BIOS Not Working!

i downloaded the new v3.3 BIOS. i then flashed it and my xbox turned off.
Now whenever i hold the power button down for a second to play a game, the amber light turns on, then turns off for one second, then the blue light comes back on and it brings me to the main blue screen where i started.

should i protect the mod chip after flashing it?

You flashed your chip with FlashBios 3.03? I assume you haven't got a 1.6b.

Read the stickies on what to do once you have installed your chip.

i have a 1.0 or a 1.1 I think i downloaded a bad flash program. Can some one give me a link?

So my BIOS is working, but the rox my box logo will still not come on. It just takes me to the same flashing screen, Even it i hold the power button down for a second.

Simply you have put a flash loader bios on, you need to flash the chip with the latest X3 Bios, I will give you a hint and say search in the forums for Xbins auto tool, this will allow you to retrieve your needed bios.
