Bios problems

Hello, im new to this flash bios thing. I have a version 1.6b xbox with a xecuter 3 ce mod chip. I booted using off on off off and enabled network flashing, then i swiched banks to on on off off. It seemed to work fine the progress bar showed up and went through and the xbox turned off. However when i went to turn the xbox on it brought up the same "flash bios" screen. How can i solve this problem?

the bios you should be flashing to chip is x3 3294 v16 plus

try again this happens just take the x3 bios you need don,t get greedy
