BIOS Question

When Flashing, everything goes just as direction say until the last and final step which is...The Xbox will now turn off automatically.
Now turn it back on again yourself (quick press power button so X3 Logo
on switch is BLUE). What dowes quick press power mean? When I finish flashing & turn XBOX back on I get the same FLASH BIOS 3.0.1 screen.

Re-read what you posted and before you tell us what it means, think about what we know from what you've said.

Have you told us your xbox type? How about the chip type? Maybe switch positions?
Even better, WHAT BIOS ARE YOU FLASHING??!

It sounds to me that you paid NO attention to any of the tuts OR forum posts.
You need a HACKED Bios that will run the chip to get what you want.
If you flashed "FlashBios 3.0.1" onto the chip then you just replaced the original with another copy of the original.

Either get Cromwell Bios (to run linux only) or get a hacked Bios to do whatever you want.

ps, "Quick press" means just that, you press power very quickly. (You see the blue led)
A long press is like a whole second. (Red led)
