bios randomly doesnt work

hey i flashed my bios now, and got rid of the password, but when i turn it on, theres an amber light for the eject button flashing(constantly) alspo when i turn it on, sometimes the bios wont even work, it just has a green light thats not flashing by the eject button, and its a black screen and no sound or video
its not too much of a big deal, but id like to know whats going on. thanks alot

pc locks up when turning on 360 to update

Wondows 7 keeps locking up when I turn on the 360 to update the firmware. Any ideas on what is causing this so I can get it taken care of?
