Bios Upgrade?

Is there a benifit to having the latest bios? Should I upgrade even though my xbox is running fine?

I doubt it unless you are affected by bugs in current bios. I do suggest since X3 has 2 1mb banks is to leave your current bios as is. Flash the new bios on the other 1mb bank and try it out.
