Yea I am wondering what bios to get for my xecuter 3ce and were to get it and what do i need to do to install it, and i have got configlive and i dont know really what to do with it.

well i'd get the latest bios 3108. as for were to find it search www.xbox-scene.com for #xbins, you'll probably get some important info.
On the main forum page you will find an AUTO TOOL for Xbins as a sticky post, it will connect you DIRECTLY to Xbins.
