Benq DVD Restore help

Recently I decided that I didn't want my 360 to be flashed so I decided to restore my 360 to stock firmware using iprep initially. After making my usb bootable and coping the original firmware to the usb I booted into dos and typed rben 1234867 89100 (With my proper serial) and nothing happed, just messages saying "press any key to continue". So then I went to use jungle flasher.

After geting the drive into vendor mode I pressed read, then saved the firmware and when it said " do you want to auto load" I said no and selected my original firmware. Finally I pressed write. Everything verified but when I went to test a game it keeps saying "Play DVD" and when I press play it says please insert into an xbox console or something. DVDs work fine but store bought games wont boot. So I got it into vendor mode again and this time flashed with the lite 1.1 benq firmware and still it won't read games.

The only thing I can think of that I did wrong was before I pressed write to restore my original firmware it said to me that something had not been spoofed and if I should continue and yes I continued, was this the problem? What can I do?

I flashed from a VIA chipset and am using a Benq drive. I have the pre-restore atempt Iextreeme firmware (Do I have to go back to that in order to get this working again?)

Thanks,

Re: Benq DVD Restore help

the o/fw you got when you first read it,you should have that in the source slot and the firmware you want to put on in the target slot then press spoof to target, the key will then be put in the new firmware then you flash with that
