I am very confused on which bios to use on my Xecuter 2.6 chip. My xbox version is 1.1. I have the bios files needed but i don't know which one to use. Any instructions would help. To clarify my question, I need to know which files go in which banks when i am using X2 Bios Manager. Thank You

All you need to do for the 1.1 Xbox is download X2 4983.06 and flash it to bank 1 on your chip. In other words, make it into a 512k file and follow the flashbios tutorials.

The bios you need is the 4981.06 or the 4983.06.

As for how to make the bios look in the 2.6 chip section and read the STICKY'S.

whats is SSV1 SSV2 And SSV3 and what do they stand for ?



Lets say i have a back up copy of GTA 4 and i burned it when its just came out and it has SSV1 and i have the new LT+ Firmware and the New Dashboad do you think ill get {popped BAN HAMMER}

SSv* = Security Sector version *

SSv1 was save 2 years ago, but isnt save anymore. Every game today MUST be SSv2 to stay secure and online.
The new AP2.5 games (Fable 3, new NFS and AC:Brotherhood) MUST have SSv3 to work and to stay online.

There has been no ban wave since 1 year but if you are still using SSv1 with many games you will be banned next time whatever you do..

LT+ requires SSv2 + ap25{media}.bin

there is an additional AP25{media}.bin

it doesn't affect the original SSv2 at all

even c4eva refers to it as ap25ss.bin

So to CLARIFY - if anyone is reffering to SSv3 then its actually a SSv2 rip with AP25.bin patched into it. (FOR NOW ANYWAY)
