Black Ops 2 Black Screen!

Console: Trinity 16MB RGH
Dash : 16547
Avatar Data Installed: Yes, Via Disc, Yes i have verified the update was applied.
Dashlaunch Version: 3.11

I have done everything necessary that i needed to for black ops 2 to work and it wont seem to start up for me. The console dosent freeze it just displays a black screen when i launch default_mp.xex (I can navigate back to dashboard and things are fine). It is a perfect rip as i can put it on another RGH of mine and it boots up fine. I only started haveing this problem when i updated the RGH from 15574 to 16547.

Theres alot of talk about dashlaunch and i have the latest version on a USB and i navigated to "install" and i installed dashlaunch on the USB. I havent configured anything. I have also tryed launching the xex from dashlaunch and still nothing. Any ideas?

There are no Logs, its simply a rip from from the original disc done on the rgh itself. I also brought up that the black ops 2 game loads fine on my other rgh that is dash 15574

I will give it a shot and see what happens! I wouldent see why default_mp.xex wouldent work though?

Play original BO2 Disc: Yes (Works)
Default.xex: RGH completely crashes and restarts
Default_mp.xex: Black screen, NOT frozen, can navigate back to dashboard
