Black Screen - after copying to a larger card

got a new switch 4.1 updated it to 6.2 with exfat support and when i use the original card i had everything on with fat32 i can boot into the cfw just fine. However when i transferred all my files to a 128gb card formatted with exfat i get a black screen. any sugguestions?

Just based off what you posted, I would say that it did not install the exFAT driver. As annoying as this will be, I would copy what you need from the 128gb, format to fat32, but the boot.dat and license file back and see if it boots.

If it does then you know it did not install the exFAT driver and you can just run Choi again to install 6.2 over top itself with exFAT selected.

If it still does not boot, my next question would be are you using emunand and do you have a valid SX license on the 128gb SD?

Not using the emunand . But I just made it fat32 and it worked might keep it that way to stay stable.

Good to hear. It honestly just sounds like the 6.2 exFAT version was not installed. fat32 is handled better on the Switch, but if used properly exFAT is fine as well.
