Black screen after flash (I've read the FAQ)

v1.0 Xbox
Brand new X3 chip
FlashBIOS v3.0.1

Tried both 1959 and 1943GOLD versions. Both flash fine (using Network Flashing), but black screen comes up when I reboot the Xbox. I have re-soldered LPC 13 &14 3 times now. Visually, the connections are perfect. Backup BIOS bank boots fine, and standard Xbox BIOS boots fine.

Any other troubleshooting tips? My D0 solder doesn't look that great, but I'm assuming it's working since different BIOS's boot depending on the power/eject button sequence used . . .

Followup:

On the TV screen, Xecuter chip reports FlashBIOS 3.0.1. When I connect to the PC and go to http://192.168.1.101, the PC utility says FlashBIOS 3.0.0. The version difference wouldn't be causing any sort of conflict would it?
