Black screen after Nintendo Logo screen ofw v3.0 running sx os v2.0

I have an issue with XS OS v2.0. I have an early switch model and get a black screen when trying to load SX OS v2.0 on OFW 3.0. Shows SX OS screen, then Nintendo logo and then a black screen.

I can load OS XS version 1.3 fine. I formatted exfat on 64GB and 256GB. Both SD cards work on SX OS v1.3, just not on SX OS v2.0.

Did anyone have this issue and can help?

I have the same problem on the same version (3.0.2). I use a 128GB SD card and SX OS v2.0.1

Yes, 2.0.1 booted fine. Now how do I update to get homebrew to work in emunand. Was wanting firmware 5.1. When I updated via cart, no homebrew worked.

When you say "no homebrew" do you mean they do not launch or you can't get the homebrew menu to open?

It seems you are mixing the Switch OFW with SX OS firmware. If you updated your switch to 6.2 it is advised that you wait until TX releases a new version of SX to work with OFW 6.2. Currently there is no easy way to get it to work. the 2.0.1 you mention is SX OS. That is separate from the 6.2 update that Nintendo released.
