black screen after splash screen of SX OS

hi,

first timer here
i have a 256gb sd card formatted with FAT32. copied boot.dat and payload.bin on it.
i inserted the jig and my RCM Loader xkit Model One B Dongle and did hold power (after turning the switch off completely) and volume up button pressed. the SX OS Splash screen appears and instead of booting into it, it just turns black.
removing jig and dongle and i can boot back into the normal switch :/

i tried using the latest stable version as well as the latest beta.
my switch is hackable and running Firmware 9.2.0

im a bit lost i have to say hope someone can help me

I have a sx os pro (dongle and jig). If one day the dongle fail (broken). How can I boot to sx os ? Can I boot to sx os by using my computer ? I dont see my payload.bin file in my sd card. Please tell me because I just bought a hack switch from my friend so i dont know much about the payload.bin.
