Hi !
I just update my switch to 10.0.2 (and the sxos to 2.9.5 of course). When i try to boot in rcm, i got the sx logo, then the nintendo one, then nothing and just a black screen...
If I try to boot normally, i can access to the switch menu but they say that I have to update my firmware to use my µSD card. The problem is that i already updated it... And of course I can't access to my µSD.

Can someone possibly help me ? :/

So I had the same issue and found it was due to something with the 10.0.2 update breaking exfat. You will have to do one of two things, but first back up all your data on your SD card to another drive. Then either 1) use a formatting tool like guiformattool or fat32format (you can't do it in Windows OS if SD card is over 32GB) and format your SD card to fat32 then reload all your data back onto the card (the issue is if you have NSPs or other large files over 4GB, they may not load onto the card without being split into archives) or 2) find the 10.0.2 OFW files out in the wild and apply the update again through choidujournx and select the exfat update and apply the update manually. I did the first option, however I'm still running into some issues with certain NSPs loading once installed, so I will most likely downgrade to 10.0.1 exfat (which I have the files for from SX OS forums) and hope I haven't burnt too many fuses to not need AutoRCM to boot and go back with my old installation I had before the incremental update. Hope this helps!

Thanks for your help !

I was thinking about load my backup nand (in firmware 9), but I don't really understand all the stuff about burning fuses... Is that too risky ?

You shouldn't burn fuses so long as you enable boot into AutoRCM when you upgrade (or downgrade) and then reinject the SX OS bootloader payload so it insures you boot into CFW the next time you boot up.

EDIT: So I did the downgrade to FW 10.0.1 (exfat) using Choidujournx and shut it down once complete. Re-formatted my card to exfat and threw my files back on the SD. Booted into RCM and injected payload for SX OS and now everything is working fine and all my NSPs are loading properly. Able to update games through h*****p and everything else running solid. I would recommend you do the manual downgrade to 10.0.1 (exfat) unless it had issues for you using Choidujournx and then re-injecting the payload in RCM mode, just to be safe.

So basically don't update manually to 10.0.2 using choidujournx for now as there is a problem with the exfat format?

Considering I had issues with it and the OP did as well, I wouldn't do the update through Ninty's servers for the time being just to be safe. Once the update comes out as a NSP format you can update through Choidujournx and force the exfat version update, you should be good. As I said, if 10.0.1 is causing controller issues for you (the 10.0.2 supposedly fixes some issues with Pro Controllers), I see no benefit to running 10.0.2 (SX OS does work on it, but I had to change SD card to FAT32). I had only updated to try to do save transfers from my console banned hacked Switch to my legit clean Switch Lite only to find out that it needs to be able to talk to Ninty's servers (which apparently worked for the update but not for save transfers) which console banned Switches can't do.

Sorry to jump on the thread but can you use choidujournx to downgrade emunand firmware? I ask as I’m having big problems with lots of games crashing on sx 2.9.5 running emunand firmware 10.0.1. My OFW is 7.0 on the switch.

I’m wanting to downgrade to an earlier firmware which is compatible with a stable SX Os release until 2.9.5 is fixed. I’ve always had auto rcm on so dont think I’ve burned any fuses: Thanks.
