Black screen trying to boot XBR. how do i fix this?

I unplugged it after writing the xbr.bin
CB6712, jasper256
I used qsb
I used XBR_JasperBB_8955_3.rar
I on it using eject button.
orig nand works fine.


I didn't notice any badblocks
to make sure, how do I check for badblocks with my nand dumps?

Why on earth you're using XBR? You won't be able to run any of the latest games or apps on this!

Use either 360 flash dump tool or latest jtag tool to check for bad blocks but as I mentioned to others, bad blocks haven't been an issue with the latest freeboot dash 12611 ..

any good tut on installing latest freeboot dash 12611? I use search but I can't find any.

I don't have yet my CPU key. I'm still in that step where I have to take a snap shot but its black screen

Like manwitoutname mention use jtag tool latest version is 2.75 it can be found here http://tech-modz.net/. When you create freeboot with this tool you'll have the latest dashboard.

in jtag tool I just click Write xell or xellous? no need to inject anything or modify any bin?

Logically, if you wanted to install xell like you have been saying in the past few posts then you need to use the write xell button.
