Black screen update wrong

Hello I have a problem some time ago y update my emunand 8.0 to 9.0.1 whit choidujournx but put fat32 not exfat, so my SD 128gb charge the teamxecuter screen but no de emunand stey in Nintendo screen and then a black screen, I copy the archives to an sd 32 GB and it works. So what can I do solve or recuperate mi sd 128gb I have a back up
