Actually, you have a 1.6b.

Why did you flash over your existing FlashBIOS with an older version?

Have you at least read the FlashBIOS tutorial? There's plenty to read, including my Q&A.

I actually had my friend flash it but I guess we used the flash bios. Now the question is what can I do to fix it? Someone said I could purchase a programmer to re-flash my chip from teamxecuter. What are my other options to fix this? Ive read the tutorials but screwed up some how. Now I can't even get it back to the flashbios screen. What do I do? Please help me.

Again, there are guides on how to use the programmer.

Just flash your chosen BIOS directly to the chip - no need to put FlashBIOS on first.

Remember you need the switch connected and set to enabled, unprotected.

You probably don't NEED the programmer

Hello, chances are that you do not "need" the x2 programmer...but I need to back up my fellow modders here with the READ, READ, READ comment!!! Okay seems to me the problem is that you flashed the chip with the wrong flashbios...the good side to this that noone has seemed to mention to you is that those bios are working...you just can't see the screen, because the vidoe chip inside your xbox does not correspond with the video out bios code...everything else should work fine tho. So now...go back to that tutorial on the flash bios...look at the screen shots....count how many times you need to press the controler to get to the selection you want on the flash bios...for instance if you want to flash via a dvd/cd...then you can press the A button on your controller and the dvd tray should pop out...the easiest way to flash your chip is via the network flash option...I dont' recall exactly how many times you need to press down on the controller to get anywhere iin the flash bios...but the screen shots in the tutorials should help you figure this out...hope I helped and saved you about $20...next time be more carefull, when it comes time to reflash the chip, for God sakes man use a working "functional" bios..preferably the X2 5035 bios....Again, READ!!! Happy Modding All!!

This is NOT the case - I suggest you take your own advice and READ READ READ!

The reason you get a blank screen with the 3.0.1 and 1.6b Xbox is that it's not compatible with the RAM timings on the newer Xbox. It's not that you cannot see anything - it just doesn't load. 3.0.3 has support for all Xbox versions, although it takes a few attempts to load on a 1.6.

You may want to try booting from bank 2, as you may have a copy of 3.0.3 on there still. If this proves futile, then a programmer is needed.
