So before modding it it worked fine and everything you have now flashed to the nand gives you a black screen.

I got a black screen on a xenon a couple times whilst flashing because I never pulled the power cable from the xbox after flashing and then plugging it back in 15-30 seconds later. This xenon would always give a black screen if I didnt do this.

well of course, after writing to the nand you should always fully remove all cables and wait. then plug back in and boot.

xenons though can get rrod from just removing them from the metal case.

You mention you dumped the NAND 3 times and there no errors, but did you compare the dumps in nandcompare to see if there any mismatching blocks?

Did you run the NAND dumps through any apps or just flashed it back to the console in the original form they were dumped?

Did you try to boot xell by using the eject button or the power button?

Guess then it's like what the other guys said, that board is about to RROD. Try leaving it on for few minutes 10-20 minutes and if it does RROD get a secondary code.

silly question time, you have checked the smc wires going to correct points? is your console able to do the hack, check the cb.
Flash back the original nand and see if this boots.

Okay i turned on xbox for a few mins black screen and then 3 red lights appeared and i got the following error code
0022 GPU Error / GPU Overheating
So i took off the heatsink and turned it on and touched the GPU chip and it was red hot. what would cause this??
I hope i didnt do too much damage while i was getting the secondary error code as it was on for a while. Like when i say hot it was red hot that u would burn ur finger.

Eh ! Did you use thermal paste, bolt on the heat sinks, put everything in the metal case including the fans and turn it on with it? Not just plug the board on its own with no fans, etc.

Oh yea everything was together getting the secondary error code but when i found out it was the GPU overheating i took off the heatsink and turned it on for 3 seconds and touched it and it was red hot and then turned it off immediately. what is causing this overheating? its real hot which i know is not normal.

stupid question but have you got the AV cable plugged out

are you connecting your xenon using HDMI because xcell doesnt support HDMI

turning the xbox on without heatsink or thermal paste is a big no no sounds like its fubar'd mate now

No it has no HDMI.
I only turned it on for 3 seconds max, so shouldnt cause a problem.
But i still dont know why it heats up so much?
