I downloaded backup a game for my Xbox, but the file for the game was too large for my DVD+r DL (which is 8.513). I was wondering if there were larger DVD's out there that would work, or is there a way to compress the game's data to get it all on the DVD+r DL? If I burn it to the DVD+r DL it will truncate the data and I assume the game won't work?? I did see DVD-R that are size 15gb. Can I use that?

Thanks

Hey man as soon as you said you downloaded a game you shot yourself in the foot.:duh: Never say you downloaded a game as no one will help you. However I am not the internet police and do not care one way or the other. If you would have just done a google search you would find out that you have an xgd3 iso. You need a lite on ihas drive with burner max firmware flashed to it so you can properly burn that image, you also need the correct topology data so make sure to run it through abgx360. You also need verbatims for complete burns. You can use other media, but I don't recommend being a cheapskate. That 15gb disc will not work by the way.
