i flashed my bios again with a different bios. that worked!!!!!! but however, i was trying to load a dashboard onto my xbox but it seemed to not be reading the disk. so i searched all over the x3 trying to find out how i could get it read the disk. i found a place that said "to quicklaunch, hold trigger at startup." So i did that, when it booted back up, screen was blank again. nothing happens now that was different before except that after you hear the startup sounds, you see a flash and then black again. help me!!

The quicklaunch allows you to run a program directly from the HD without loading the dash and then selecting the program you want. The easiest way to get a new dash onto your box is to ftp it.

can you get to config live by booting with the white button held down??

Maybe u accidentally changed PAL/NTSC settings
if u flashed 2913/14 then try Video Region Quick Swap (LEFT+X NTSC, LEFT+Y PAL - hold on bootup)

State what u flashed it with and your M/B ver

holding the white button did not work. it booted up correctly but instead of going to the x3 main menu, a screen came up that said "your xbox is damaged, get it repaired." so how do i get back to the x3 menu??

i've tried flashing again with different bios's, but the same screen comes up (which is nothing) and then after the start-up sounds are over, there's a little flash of light, then all i see is a black screen with a little colorful line at the top of the screen.

i don't remember, what if it was red? what should i do? (one thing that's strange, is when it was working, i changed the eject button glow color to red, and it's still like that when i turn it on. i don't know what that means)
