Blank Screen

I installed my X3 CE chip and turned on the XBOX. All I get is a blank screen. I have read the posts about getting a blank screen after flashing the chip, however, this is before that step. All the lights on the chip and control panel are correct (i.e green light on chip and blue light on control panel).

v1.6b your switch need to be set to OFF ON OFF OFF OFF to get flashbios 3.0.3 once you see flashbios 3.0.3 change switch back to ON ON OFF OFF OFF then flash your chip with x3 bios
x3 3294 v1.0 to v1.5 xboxs
x3 3294 v16 plus v1.6 v1.6b xboxs
once you have done that flash your backup bank(power eject at same time) using x3config to flash it with flashbios 3.0.3
flashbios 3.0.1 works on v1.0 to v1.6 xbox but not v1.6b
flashbios 3.0.3 works on v1.0 to v1.6b xbox but not v1.6
