Blaster 360 switch positions during gameplay?

Just got my 360 Samsung M25 flashed and I'm ready to start playing. What should be turned on and what should be turned off on the Blaster? I currently have the the Modeb switch set to OFF and the on/off switch set to ON.

Those switches are only active during a flashing process. During game play they are not active so you don't need to worry about it.
