Boot from usb

When I try to boot from usb it says Pen Drive Without Operating System. Remove Pen Drive And Reboot. What did I do wrong? I have a samsung ms25. I don't yet have the via vt6421 chipset. I'm trying what I already have. Could this be my problem? Thanks

I dont know what that is "disc version of slax". Could someone please tell me what that means

you dont need slax for a ms25. all you need is iPrep and your ixtreme fw.

I have ixtreme1.3 I followed the tutorial still get the message No Operating System On Pen Drive. Could this be because the hexediting wasn't done properly?
