boot sequence??

ok i wanna use the usb with xtremeboot maker to flash a Samsung drive, but in my bios my boot options say 1. Hard-disk c: 2 IDE cd-rom device 3. Diskette drive and thats it!!! Will my pc still be able to boot with the usb drive. Thanks guys in advance

You could just give it a try, but I doubt that it would work. Move your hard disk to last.
Try searching for an update to your BIOS

Read the bios brand and model on bootup - google for an update

My USB drive shows up as a hard drive if I have USB legacy support enabled and USB mass storage support enabled. So then I set hard drive as the first boot device.

I have a second menu for setting hard disk priority and just set my USB drive as the first one in there.
