Booting CFW on NAND - risk of ban

Hello, people :)

I bought SX Pro recently

On the first time I used it, I made a backup of my NAND using Hekate (before run any games or homebrews), then I booted the CFW on Switch's NAND (not EMUNAND)

I have only booted the CFW on NAND once, and I didn't run any games (xci or nsp) nor homebrews, neither have I accessed the SX OS menu via album

My question is: should I restore the backup of my clean NAND, to avoid ban?

Thanks :)

(P.S.: sorry, my english is a bit rusty)

No-one knows the specifics of how Nintendo detect but to be safe restore your clean nand.

Due to these unknowns it's not really advised to use cfw if you're worried about being banned.

There are rumors that restore nand backups is OK, and use CFW on emunand, also heard that probably Nintendo could find if you use emunand... Who knows everything is to new... Maybe someday Nintendo stops banning like Sony and Microsoft w LT3
