Booting console without DVD drive - logged in NAND?

Hey guys just a quick question,

Before I could dump my NAND for the first time for the RGH2+, I booted the console without the DVD drive plugged in. Now I am about the write the NAND back to stock and was wondering if this will be logged in that dump and raise a potential flag with microsoft? If so, is there a way to clean my NAND? Am trying to minimize the chances of getting banned on XBL.
