Is your CoolRunner chip programmed with the Jasper fileset?

Also, did you add the cap to the CoolRunner as per this image (across CPU_PLL_BYPASS (point A) and GND - thanks to seanr28)?

Did you opened your nand image in 360 flash tool and confirmed your cb is not 6752.
If it is you will not be able to rgh it

I did not add the cap. It is a 16mb. Didnt think i need to. Now its not blinking. I check the nand in 360 flash tool and it said bad kv on the right side? I gave it to my friend and he wrote me an image

You may not need the cap, not all the jaspers need it, but in all the cases i tried you'll benefit from it.
With those symptoms you should really try the 68nf cap on CoolRunner from pad A to Ground.

if you wrote the ecc image did you take a backup of the nand to begin with? if so flash the original flash back to the console and desolder just the power load from the cool runner and try boot it.
