Booting X3 without bank selector?

Hello forum,

I'm just in a jam here, so basically I have a 1.6 Halo SE box modded with a X3, i believe it's CE as well. Anyway, it was perfectly installed and flashed, no problems whatsoever. Recently, the bank selector became damaged. Not the one with the LCD display, just the standard one. So I can't choose a BIOS to boot with. When I boot the box with no game in it (to go to dashboard) it says, "No Xecuter modchip detected!" I know this is due to the bank selector not connected to the chip, so here I ask, is there any workaround to have a modded bios loaded at boot without having a bank selector? Or any possible loophole to get to the dashboard? If not, I guess I'll have to trade/buy someone that has an X3 bank selector. Please reply.

G.L. no one stocks them... divineo has the X2.6 CE, but havnt had a stock of the X3 in a millenium... (o personally didnt order enough of those when they where it stock..

US, well is the 2.6 swappable with the 3 hardware-wise? Basically speaking, is the wiring on the pins the same for the 2.6 and X3?

i highly doubt it i dont have a 2.6 anymore or i would check for ya mate.. but i could be wrong Xecuter would know
