Been having some problems with a jasper, it glitches to xell fine but upon flashing my nandflash.bin created from multi builder the coolrunner glitches but the middle led never stops blinking and the actual ROL never does it's sequence.

All i get is a black screen, i've checked my LDV which is set to 2.

flashed the first 50 blocks of my original nand back and i get the same except after around 20 seconds i get error 0022 meaning ldv is incorrect but my fuses show only 2 f's.

So at the moment the best i can get out of it is to glitch to xell, were it wont execut any xenon.elf it just hangs at executing...

i've remade the image a few times using jtag tool, multi builder and xnand healer all with the same result

anyone any ideas on what to do?

original nand dumps open fine with cpukey i have so thats not the problem also if cpukey was incorrect i believe i'd get a kv decryption error in multi builder so not the issue

also another indication is the retail dash image i dumped wont boot

taking a video of xell

gave up trying to get the dash to boot and just removed the coolrunner ldv was always at 2 i'd manually set it in multi builder, seems it's just a problematic jasper unable to flash using rawflash in xell either just freezes

now to top it off restored the original nand image and get a nice 0022 after 10-15 seconds indicating a wrong ldv which is impossible as i couldn't even get a dash to launch to update the fuseset

so at the moment it doesn't boot just rrod with error 0022 after 10-15 seconds nand dump in lv values shows 1 and 2 in flash tool

seen a good few threads with people having the same issue all jaspers too

LDV of 2 is unlikely but not impossible. It updates on each update.

Can you upload your NAND and PM me your CPU key so I can take a look?

Also, did you install Capacitors on the CoolRunner for Jasper (REV A) or bridge the CAP on the CoolRunner (REV B)?

also it's impossible for me to get my fuseset wrong look at the video i uploaded only 2 f's

i've no idea what rev it was but always had the cap installed

not bothered about the coolrunner at the moment i know my install was good and not a fault of me or the coolrunner

i'll upload my created nandflash and my 2 original nands along with the cpu key

just to rule that out, can you confirm it is definitely 16MB jasper, not 256MB or 512MB??

error 0022 whilst Glitching
Seen this a thousand times ;)

Its the CPU mate grab some thermal paste and repaste the cpu and either put it back in the metal case or apply a tx rrod kit.
teajunkie not to sound ungreatful but boots xell fine with coolrunner installed so can't be overheating and i never recieved error 0022 while glitching it'd glitch but never load just there doing nothing

now i've reflashed the original nand i now get 0022

Did you read this thread of Martin's?

It appears that receiving a 0022 error after around 15 seconds is indeed an LDV issue.
no offence to you but i'm kind of repeating myself dash has not been updated since original dump as could not get dash to boot

my fuseset is at 2 it hasn't moved since me dumping the nand either my fuseset is lying or the programs aren't doing something correctly

set options in multibuilder to 2 just in case makes no difference

nothing seems to work, thanks for your suggestion though :)

Im telling you buddy put some pressure on the CPU and it will be fine ;)

I have been sent at least 8 jasper and 6-7 falcon consoles with this issue and its always the CPU.
Just for a laugh stick it back in the case and screw the 4x black screws in the bottom for the cpu.
