RGH Boots Xell But No Dash

Take my advice or don't up to you!
Re-paste the CPU and it will boot and stay booted.

Chances are when you took it out of the case you pulled the heatsink for the CPU to lift it out the case. (thus separating thermal paste from CPU and heatsink = overheating)

Well if you have flashed the original nand back then im stuck.
Im still betting the cpu is at fault.
think your right, probably the reason i could never get xell to run a xenon.elf it'd just there after saying it'd found xenon.elf with no usb activity.

wondering whether i've damaged a resistor on the underside of the board near cpu_bypass but again thinking if that were the case xell wouldn't even boot which it did with the coolrunner installed.

coolrunner works fine on a falcon installed it last night no problems

i'll get some pics up of my underside of the cpu see if you anyone else can spot anything
