briding rt63 resistor or not?

so basically i have a few jtags and i dont know if i should bridge the reistor ? Im selling a few and wondering if i dont bridge and the customer signs into live will this ruin it unjtag or not?
what is the point of this and the bad side of bridging theis pont?

Just do it from the beginning and then you will not have to worry about it. It is easy and takes 5 seconds.

for knowledge and fyi purpose... i am wondering what this does i know it protects the efuse from from blowing but... does it make it so you cant downgrade or boot back original dash ?
