Hello.
Recently I did RGH with my console, and all were OK. But after I change thermal paste under CPU and GPU, I accidentally broke CPU_PLL_BYPASS point and resistor after it. Then I restore that point from top MOBOs site, put resistor, and all seems OK, than I use multimetr to check it.
BUT without DVD drive my console doesn't boot XELL just blinking central green LED on power button. If I connect DVD drive, console also doesn't boot, but LED central LED flashing constantly.

If CPU was burned (maybe with short circuit), should console run this way? Or something else?

(Sorry for bad English :) )

i guess the first thing would be a good picture of the area that was broken.

i would probably return the box to stock to get it to boot and from there on re do the glitch.

well first off is your coolrunner even glitching? Is the green light coming on?
As I described, green light blinking if DVD ROM doesn't attached, and flashing permanently if it is.

New question: I test STBY_CLK and GND with multimetre in stand-by mode (attached AC adapter). Multimetre shows, they are connected. Short circuit, or it is normal thing?

UPD. Sorry, doesn't understand SPLIPCKY6 post. I use Matrix Glitcher, there is not green light.
