broken switch...again

i purchaed an executer 2.6ce form system-mods.com upon arival it had a bad switch. i know this b/c i tested with a second modchip i had and my solder points were not to blame. i am strictly an xecuter guy, but my switch is again broken. same problem. but seeing that i orgionall pruchased the chip at the end of july, i believe they do not replace them after 14 days. I want to know why the 2.6 switches keep breaking. i have noticed a lot of problems with them. these need to be fixed. and i need a new switch.

I cannot help with a new switch but maybe an option in my sig is a link by Big Whooping for some switch diagrams realting to the 2.6 and some alternate switch ideals

yeah, i saw that diagram earlier. bookmarked it. i'm gonna try to jump the correct pins tonight and see if that will do it for now so i can at least access my box.
